To be continue !!

Namaste Public πŸ™ A big hieeee to my Littlethings Family. There is a love note for you all. Dear Public, In the recent time, you must have seen that I have been recreating the blog page in order to keep all the posts together in one page. In all this recreation I wasn't posting up with new content so as to avoid duplicate posting in near future. There is good news and bad news for all of us. I started off writing to live up the passion of writing my thoughts and conveying the same to others. Lessons learned are meant to be shared to help one. So, after a long number of years I finally got into blog thing. Perhaps with good time, I have learned about the Do's and Don'ts in starting of a blog. I don't want your and my precious time to get wasted in reading the repeated or re-posting of posts. And I believe to deliver good quality than quantity of posts. And in order to keep our connection alive and connected, I am planning something new and different apart from third pa

Is it needed?

Hello and Adab!!

Welcome back to ‘Ask yourself’ series.

Saadar Namasteeeeee sabko !!

And a big Hiiiiiii.

In 3 days we will be into the mid of July month. The 'Safar' i.e. journey from January 2020 to June 2020 & mid July has been terrific in all ways, be it personal or economy down hit in the various countries. In this critical situation, we have seen many changes around, for example, climate change is hitting hard still now, interaction behavior, organisational work system and setup, educational setup for students, and even the local market lines.

Have you were noticed any change in the behavior of the person next to you? or the society wherein you live in ? or even the mindset.

Oops, Mindset is a big word, Isn't it?

Change in the mindset of the people around us or even within us is isn't that easy but it is not impossible. Remember , Nothing is impossible.

This lock down situation has taught many of us to follow rules on a strict note for better services but few still refuse to follow. Discipline is something that should be from someone's within. We Indians do follow the veg eating ritual or non - consumption of meat ritual on days basis. Kyuki vaise sikhaya gaya hai hume. Kuch log bade shiddat se follow karthe hai aur kuch nahi because we are grown up in such different and relative up bringing.

But for instance, think , we are always taught and told to eat on time. Do we do that? The answer is 'No'. As I said in the previous blog - Change is the only constant thing. We change the so called rule as per our comfort. Par jab baath  kise bade change ke hothe hai, hum nahi kar pathe. Once I read some facts wherein psychological behavior of humans were studied and as per survey it says, it takes normally ( on average ) of 26 days to turn a particular regular activity as a habit. Although it can take more days with the change in the lifestyle of the population. The new survey may of course have updated the observation as per the dedication and willingness to learn and capture a particular activity. Yaaha mein sirf PUBG ke baath kar rahe hu. Fastest habit involvement in lesser days.

But why are we discussing the habit story here?

A habit of a particular individual has a lot more to say about his lifestyle, his ambitions and of course, his character.

Character ? Really ? See I feel every bit of thoughts and activity builds up a character.

This doesn't mean a person has a willingness to drink some kind of alcohol is bad in character or any other person who doesn't drink at all , will be of much good character.

Although I am no one to talk about anyone's character, but yes I have the sober right to express my views and thoughts, so even you do have it. And there is always something to do with the character. Your money, fame, age, beauty will  not stay longer but your character will always be remembered  and honored too, if your work .i.e. karma is good, everything will work out good because intentions were good. That's where the 'character' matters.

There is a beautiful song, sung by 'the great' artist - Lataji ( Lata Mangeshwar). Some few lines : (mera personal favourite hai)

'Naam ghum jayega

chehra yeh badal jayegaa

meri awaaz he pehchaan hai

gar yaad rahe.'

The opinions and perspective views are meant to be different and will conflict always and very few could relate and agree at given point of time.

A person who has the dedication to work hard and achieve his goals with highest level of personal and professional discipline, will surely win. See guys, Meine yeh bhe kaha hai ke success has no definition, it goes on changing as you aim higher and higher.

The willingness and dedication has the highest power. Koi bhe kaam bas maan se aur dedication se karo, baath ban jayege.πŸ˜‰

Adat bahut sahi cheez hai, sahe adat ho toh life bana dete hai aur bhure adat, zindagi badal the hai. Every part of our life has a lesson. A bad event of life has more to learn than the celebrations of the life.

What does the habit or 'the adat' has to do with Character, mindset ?

It has alot more to do with the change in character and mindset. Let us take a simple and base level example - Chaiiiiiiiiiiiii.

hmeshaa-rhegaa-khaas-caahe-mere-lbo-pe-ab-tumhaaraa-nhiin-pr

Pehle discrimination kam tha jo humne ab, chai person and coffee person wala difference laya hai. To be very frank, choices has to different, there is no compulsion of being same. The person who loves chai , simply can even enjoy coffee at times. We all are grown up having tea/coffee in morning and evening time, ek ritual/ habit ban gaya hai. (Pyaar tha aur ab bhe pyaar hai --- CHaiiii) When at a certain age, we concluded that a lot of tea is not good for health. So, we try to reduce the consumption of tea, the same goes with coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, milk products and what not, even a person too. Ek age ane par ya kaho toh ek samjh ane par, we figure it out, what is good for health and what is harmful with the excessive use. And then comes the big change in the habit, which ultimately changes the thought process of an individual that any other change is acceptable and can be inculcated when we decide to do. When someone tries to accept the change, the preset mindset is changing now and so the person has the ability to change his character from being one XYZ to another ABC. This change can be also be due to influence and inspiration of other, but the end result will depend upon your determination. Isliye kehthe hai, kiske ane se insan badal jaatha hai, ya vo uske chath hothe hai, kiske liye badalna.

I believe a slight change can make a big difference. That's what it is all about - Little Things do make difference.

A Change in habit - Is it needed?

Yes, it has to be.

A self determination in change in own habits can lead to a healthy life for sure. The current youth and even our parents' generation has a lot of bad healthy habits like consumption of tobacco and even continuous PUBG is now a regular bad habit. Whatever deteriorates our health and personal lifestyle is harmful. Be it habits or overthinking. Do not forget, 'the stress' is now a part of each one's life and mental health is big part of your health.

Now, the Public is considering the mental health as a crucial and big part of their life. I have seen that change, public has started to mediate to attain relaxation and even started eating healthy to be stronger enough to at least to take care of their parents who are turning old each and every day. I have seen that change on personal level. If you give a short observation around, even you will observe the same. This lock down has affected us in bad and good both parts.

A self analysis of our own behavior - Is it needed?

Self analysis is needed. Hazar log bolengay, par jab tak tum khud se baath kar ke, baath bana nah lo, tab he baath banege.

The part two of this 'Is it needed? is -

A self talk or self analysis. Is it needed?

A Big yes. Self talk and self analysis is important. I have heard in one of the chat show of radio with respect to mental health and its way to find the correct therapist. When someone finds that he/she is in depression, they should prefer a therapist who is not their friend. Yes, you read it right. Because, a friend of us will be emotional attached. I have experienced this, not the depression nor the therapist one, but a talk to stranger helps out. Because talking to your own self at times, end up with little dilemma. But in case of a talk with stranger, you don't expect a emotional attachment. I have few contacts, with whom I haven't met yet, they are friend or acquaintances of my friends, but they have listened me carefully and even they have shared their life story. A good talk and good listen is helpful method always. At times, a self talk and self analysis works great.

How? and Why does it is important?

For example, every mother taunts her children to wake up early in the morning. When do we wake up early? In the only situation, where we really want to wake up early and do our respective planned things. This is only possible, because you have decided to get up to achieve your aimed goal. That's what determination. Shiddatttt !!!

A night before we plan the next day. Although planning and execution are two different aspects. But still, when plans comes into picture, we decide our goal and how does you decide your goal by listening others talk? or by considering your own thoughts and flow of plan. Making a plan is itself a part of self working, where you plan things to happen in a such way where you want things to be done as per your need and requirement.

Public bolthe hai, jo khud se baath karthe hai, vo log pagal hothe hai. Mein kehthe hu ke, jo log dusro ko pagal kehte hai vo khud alag prane ke pagal hothe hai.πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

Self Love is needed. Self talk and analysis is also important.

There is always a part of me, where I analyse , did I hurt someone with my words ? at the time when I was in bad mood or where I was little angry. I feel little guilty and end up saying sorry for even silly things. And I don't feel ashamed to say sorry because when you are wrong in your own eyes, then you are wrong, that's it. A different level of silly I am. Hoon vaise, kuch nahi kar sakthe hai.

So Public, give a try. Analyse your behavior, find out your strengths and weaknesses. Figure out a plan and work hard everyday to execute it.

Don't Give up so early. Ek baath hai jo mein hamesha khud se kehte hu-

'Neha, yeh baath sirf waqt ke hai, varna baath kuch bhe nahi hai. Acha waqt aya tha aur aage bhe ayega, aur bhura waqt bhe nikal jayega'.

Self motivation will only help you in critical situation. Give a shot, you will learn to handle things in different way. Think again.
