Okay
come on I am not talking about the ‘Do you know’ song of Diljit Dosanjh. Even I
didn’t even heard it for once. Jaldi conclusion pe aa jate ho yaar. But yes, I
had listened to a song known as ‘I don’t know’ song of #MB sung by Farhan
Akhtar in one of the latest movie of #MB.
(FYI: Mahesh Babu is one of the Tollywood
actor.)

bata do zara.)
There
are various things we don’t know. So never act that you know everything. Every
single minute, a new thing or new version is been updated. Rest I leave it to
your understanding mechanism.
Do read

for learning. Learning is an amazing thing, if you take good interest.
Let talk about time, we are almost about to end the 8th
month of 2020, and soon in 4 months 2020 is going to end. I hope there are more
good news and positivity around in the next 4 months of the year of 2020.
There are
many things in life, we are unaware of. Time and life together gives us a
reality check in some or other way every now and then. And thus there many
things we don’t know and some we know, but still we keep on repeating the good
or bad things irrespective of whether we know or don’t know. Quite confusing
huh? Read once again.
There
are many aspects or let’s say there are number of points on ‘Do you know’
subject. For instance, today I am going to talk about the aspect of saturation
point.
Do you
know there is something called ‘saturation point’?
Ever
heard about it? What is it?
It is
actually a scientific word or term wherein it is process or state that occurs
when place or thing is filled completely with people or things so that no more
can be added. So the word saturation is not applicable to local trains of
Mumbai, because hamesha khale rehthe hai. Hahahah. 😁😁
But why I am talking about ‘saturation’ over
here in the blog. Because Public, even in our precious life, there comes a
situation where we reach or stand in at the saturation point of some activity
or things where we are about to lose our temper. Think once again. I want you
all to think about it. Because there is something which I need you to stop
doing and start a new thing instead of it. Think, it can be some habit or some
activity, which you really need to stop adding up more and start indulging your
energy and time in some other habit or activity which gives peace to your mind
and soul.
Fun Fact: See I am not asking you
to stop watching Big Boss or Roadies, but indirectly I am asking you that.
Imagine my wink face public.😉
Instead
read books, novels, read about healthy lifestyle, food intakes, read some real
news or try to understand business market and or watch K-Drama (Korean dramas),
these things are much better than those bitching and weird unnecessary cat
fights. In short, I want you all to stay from some people who are constantly
poking you and dragging you down into negativity or tickling your anger points
now and then.
Some Actual Fact: Do you know 11%
of people are left handed.
Diverting
yourself from some unwanted things and people who like bitching, gossiping
which leads to negative thoughts, anger, stress ; can help you out to develop
yourself in other good ways. But we tend to bend to easy
things easily and it’s hard to even start good things.
How many of
you have indulged yourself in your lost hobbies or even in new hobby?
I am not
saying it is or it was compulsory to do so?
Even giving yourself a good break is needed and good. That break can be getting into new old hobbies or even a new hobby or even simply binge watching some comedy shows or some good movies, reading books or even spending time in kitchen or garden. It can be anything as per your choice which makes your soul and mind happy.
I haven’t
read too much of books but I would really recommend to read the book – ‘The
Subtle Art of Not Giving F*ck’ by Mark Manson whenever you think you have hit
the saturation point of something. I got the chance to read this book, when I was
graduating (I miss those free library benefits), although I remember I wasn’t able
to complete it but I really want to read it again. The amazing feeling of
reading a book is way too better and has a different standard then reading the
same stuff in pdf or visual form. The essence of the satisfaction of reading a
novel is totally killed when you prefer visual form .i.e. pdf files or kindle
or any other stuff likes movies and all.
As a normal human being,
when you are at peak of saturation level (it is itself is a peak), only the art
of ignoring or as you will love to hear this – the art of not giving the f**k
will help you out to solve the mind troubles and games. Because not everyone
can take that shit for too much and cope up with the situation with more calm
and relaxed mind. As a normal human being of 21st century, the anger
in you will start overtaking you slowly and steadily and the storm of
unpleasant and disturbed mind shall soon take over all your thinking process which
shall end up in negative thoughts and more anger in you. So, is better to be
aware and work in advance to combat such highly risked thing which can damage
your peace of your mind.
See
public, in this hectic schedule of working under pressure and even staying
within such working circumstances for too long leads to process of deteriorating
your peace of mind. So, when you are in happy mood, try to keep yourself in
that happy mood for long and enjoy the good you. Because there are few who want
you to be happy and there are many who shall help you to reach the saturation
point of everything which shall hit you bad.
I
always have been sharing little things to you to see you happy and so that each
of one of us, can attain good peace of mind. I want people to think about such
stuff, which they never thought of giving a shot of thinking. See to attain
peace of mind, you need not to go Himalayas every time, people prefer to settle
in peaceful places to attain mind peace. But that is only possible, when you
accept that you are tired of everything and want to attain peace to live with.
It is not possible for every one of us, to go to Himalayas and turn into Saints
to attain peace. So that’s why, we hang out with our friends, spent some good
time with them along with some good food and drinks. That’s how the business of
clubs and pubs are doing good, because sabko pata, har koi phasa hua hai, thoda
mazedaar time ke liye acha ganna aur khana prefer karengay. Got it. But kisko
pata tha lockdown ayega aur sab band ho jayega. So better opt for a good option
then a temporary one. Self love bhe koi cheez hai. Market mei nahi milege, khud
mei dhundna padega. Hahahah.
To
bring change, change is to be made within you first. So, to lead happy life and
contented sort of things around, we have to decide and execute the same. Don’t wait
till the time, you want to slap someone or even want kill someone or even think
of killing yourself. Life of yours and even of other person is precious.
Calmness and understanding has all solutions. Just prepare yourself for the
worst and change yourself in better individual for your own good-self and the
rest will eventually fall in place and even taken care of.
Some
Actual Fact: Do you know August has the highest percentage of births.
(I am not
so shocked though, bez zyada birthdays august mei hai. Hmmmmm)
Do you
know? Decision and action taken in anger, will eventually hurt you the most. So never ever take decision when you are angry. It
shall turn out to be the most worst one.
Do you
know? We only take care of our self only when we fall sick. Yes, that’s true.
